Bio

I have been a staff psychologist at Princeton since 2016 and prior to that I completed my post-doctoral fellowship here at CPS. I have a passion for helping individuals navigate the many unique challenges that come with pursuing higher education (both undergraduate and graduate), which is why I chose to work in university mental health. It is important to me to help people learn about themselves in a safe and compassionate environment, while also incorporating skills that may help with effective change and improve quality of life.

I have worked in several university counseling centers and I have over ten years of experience working with those who struggle with disordered eating and body image (in hospitals, outpatient settings and universities). Here at UHS, I coordinate our multidisciplinary Eating Concerns treatment team which supports all students with a myriad of eating related concerns. Given my own collegiate career as a gymnast, I also enjoy working with athletes as it relates to mental health and performance.
