Cultivating mindfulness results in many benefits for mental and physical health, well-being, and happiness. Join us for a day of immersion into mindfulness, stress reduction, body awareness, and inner care. Practices include Sitting, Walking and Eating Meditation Body Scan Mindful Movement Noble Silence Previous meditation experience suggested. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a bag lunch, a yoga mat and an open mind. Led by Pat Vroom, Ph.D., trained at the Center for Mindfulness in Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Wendy Vroom, mindful yoga.
