Join us for a day of immersion into mindfulness, stress reduction, body awareness, and inner care. Practices include
Sitting, Walking and Eating Meditation
Previous meditation experience suggested.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a bag lunch, a yoga mat and an open mind.
Led by Pat Vroom, Ph.D., trained at the Center for Mindfulness in Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Wendy Vroom, mindful yoga.
