iRest: Yoga Nidra Integrative Restoration
All students are invited to join us for an integrative restorative yoga to enhance attention, energy, and sleep.
Using your body, breath and mind, you can learn techniques that will aide you in times of distress and will help maintain a sense of balance and perspective. iRest is a researched –based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that:
- Calms the nervous system
- Releases negative emotions and thought patterns
- Develops a capacity to meet challenges you encounter in life
No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and blanket.
