Koru: Mindfulness Class for Undergrads
This is a 4 session workshop to teach mindfulness skills and explain how mindfulness works to stabilize emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration and enhance the overall sense of well-being.
The group will provide participants:
- an opportunity to develop meditative practice as well as understand its working mechanisms
- strategies that support consistent practice
- support and encouragement
