Mindful Way Thru the Winter Blues
Do you struggle with depression? Do the shorter, colder days have you hibernating, feeling sad, irritable and/or feeling low energy? You are not alone and there are mind-body tools you can learn to help you manage your emotions, leaving you feeling energized and better able to cope with your life. Studies have shown that a shift in posture or an awareness of breath can help shift one's mood.
