Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch Series for Grad Students: Managing Interruptions
Graduste students are invited to this mindfulness workshop. We are interrupted unexpectedly at any time of the day by people, phones, texts, and emails. Mindfulness skills can help manage one’s attention so that it is focused on the immediate task at hand.
