Week 2: Psychological Flexibility - A key ingredient to psychological health Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our immediate experience with a sense of curiosity and openness. Mindfulness is at the core of psychological flexibility. Psychological flexibility means “contacting the present moment fully as a conscious human being, and based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values”. At this workshop, you will: Learn to be present with difficult thoughts and emotions Focus on acting on values rather than impulses Explore mental flexibility to move towards a meaningful, vital life RSVP online to participate.
