Mindfulness at Mol Bio: Lessons from Nature
"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished." ~ Lao Tzu. Nature has a lot to teach us, only if we paid attention to the wonder and splendor around us. Mindfulness practice can help us tune into lessons we can gather from: seasons, sunrise and sunset, flow of water, natural disasters, and flocks of birds, etc.
Beginners welcome, no prior experience necessary.
