Moments of Mindfulness (Mo-Mi)

Undergraduate students are invited to "Moments of Mindfulness" which are weekly mindful meditation sessions designed to:

  • Enhance your personal well-being amidst stress and sleeplessness;
  • Enable you to find presence amidst buzz and busy-ness; and
  • Increase your awareness of not only yourself, but also the world around you.

Weekly sessions will explore topics seeking to enhance undergraduate life like alleviating stress and anxiety, addressing comparison and competition, and enhancing brain performance. Over the course of the semester, as we engage in this practice, we will track our session reflections and perspectives on progress. Journals are strongly encouraged for each session.
