Bio

My aim is to empower and embolden folks to positively impact their own lives. I work to facilitate change and growth through a strengths-based, mind-body approach and operate from an eclectic lens that incorporates aspects of attachment, internal family systems, and psychodynamic theories. The concept of identity and all of its intersections and interactions is key to my work. We exist not in isolation but within the context of our environment, and understanding the impact of this context is key to mental wellbeing. I specialize in working with student-athletes, military & first responders, and folks identifying within the LGBTQIA+ community. I also offer couples/partnership therapy.
