Bio

I work with students to create a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space that encourages them to be their authentic selves and discuss challenges they are facing in life. I use a strength-based therapeutic approach and aim to help students identify and reach their mental health goals while addressing concerns in both their personal and academic lives. I am passionate and social justice and strive to support students who identify with marginalized identities. Specifically, I have experience working with first-generation and low-income students, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and survivors of trauma.
