I hope to be a supportive partner, providing a safe, confidential, compassionate and non-judgmental environment for students to develop a better understanding of themselves. By creating a dialogue in which students feel validated and heard, I believe they will be better able to develop self-compassion and acceptance. Using a collaborative strengths-based approach, I hope to enable students to gain insights that will allow them to examine opportunities for understanding, growth and change.
