I love helping people learn skills to live their most authentic life, bringing all their identities into the room. I use a mindfulness based approach to help people learn how to be more present in their life, befriend their emotions and navigate stressors. In the therapy relationship we develop curiosity about how the mind and body are connected and how our early life experiences have an impact on the current strategies we use to navigate and understand life. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, am queer affirming and bring a social justice lens to my work. I like to help people learn when they need to be more accepting and compassionate with themselves/others and when they have to push for change.
