All undergraduate and graduate students are invited to participate in mental health and well-being drop-ins. Drop-in sessions are a great way to get some support and counseling around anxiety, depression, adjustment to college, relationship conflicts, identity, or anything else that you might find challenging or distressing. Steph (she/they) is a TigerWell Outreach Counselor at CPS; They partner with the Fields Center, Gender & Sexuality Resource Center and the Bloomberg Center to provide inclusive and supportive spaces for students.
