We administer allergy shots to students who have already begun a desensitization program by their regular allergist. We do not initiate treatment.

To receive your allergy shots, have your allergist complete the Allergy Shot form (.docx) and supply your allergy serum to be stored securely at UHS. After completing the form, make your appointment.

Allergy shot administration is free for students.
