For students, we administer allergy shots with regular allergist’s approval.
Most services are available free of cost for students, depending on your insurance provider. Find out what is covered by your insurance. Students and employees will be charged a fee for some immunizations.
We maintain a copy of your immunization records as a part of your Health Record. Update your immunizations information in MyUHS or obtain a copy of your records.
Students: To request a medical telehealth or in-person appointment (at Frist Health Center), visit the MyUHS online portal and complete the Medical Appointment Request form, under the “Forms” section. You may also call the UHS front desk at 609-258-3141 to schedule.
