Announcement: Dillon PT services are being offered via telehealth. Dillon PT will not be accepting new physical therapy patients during undergraduate arrival quarantine, January 15 through February 1.
We offer physical therapy services for students and employees to identify physical limitations and support rehabilitation through specialized care.
For employees (and their dependents), Hamilton Physical Therapy Services (HPTS) provides physical therapy services for work- and non-work-related injuries. HPTS accepts a variety of insurances.
For students (undergraduate and graduate), physical therapy is currently provided via telehealth. Varsity (and club rugby) student-athletes should access rehab services through Athletic Medicine or by contacting their team's athletic trainer.
Initial physical therapy appointments range from 30-60 minutes and follow-up appointments can range from 15-60 minutes. The times are determined by the physical therapist combined with the individual needs of the patient. We recommend wearing athletic clothing to every appointment in order to optimize rehabilitation exercises.
Students: during the year, after receiving a referral from a UHS clinician, you can request a telehealth appointment via the MyUHS online portal (Medical: Physical Therapy Appointment Request).
During the summer, you can make an appointment with HPTS but there will be a cost for services, based on your insurance coverage.
Employees: make an appointment with HPTS by calling 609-258-4450.
