We are excited to announce that University Health Services (UHS) will be relocating to the Frist Health Center (FHC) in January 2025. This move is part of our ongoing effort to enhance healthcare services for all students, faculty, and staff on campus. Please note the important dates and temporary changes to our services during this transition.

Key Dates and Service Changes

• December 4, 2024: Radiology Services Offline
  Radiology services will be temporarily unavailable beginning December 4. If you require radiology services, you will be directed by UHS to Princeton Radiology on Harrison Street or to Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. 
• January 3, 2025: Last Day UHS is Open at McCosh Health Center
  The McCosh Health Center will close for relocation at the end of the day on January 3. Please ensure any appointments are scheduled before this date.
• January 6-10, 2025: McCosh Health Center Closed, FHC Not Yet Open
  During this period, both McCosh Health Center and the Frist Health Center will be closed for transition. If there are urgent needs during this time, please call 609-258-3141 and follow the prompts for assistance.
• January 11, 2025: Infirmary Opens at Frist Health Center
  The infirmary service will open at the Frist Health Center starting January 11. This will be the first day UHS provides services at the new location. 
• January 13, 2025: UHS Reopens at Frist Health Center
  University Health Services will officially reopen at the Frist Health Center on January 13, with all services available, including radiology.

Why the Move

The relocation to the Frist Health Center is part of our effort to provide better, more accessible healthcare services in a state-of-the-art facility. This move will ensure that health services are conveniently located and equipped to meet the needs of our campus community.

What You Need to Know

• After January 13, all UHS services will be provided at the Frist Health Center. Please visit the new location for healthcare needs starting this date.
• Radiology services will be fully operational at the Frist Health Center by January 13.
• Occupational Health Services will be closed from Jan 6-10. During this time, if you need medical attention for a work-injury, please call the on-call OHS clinician at 609-258-5035 (Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4:15PM). 
  • Please note there will be a temporary pause in processing FMLA, short term disability, and accommodation requests during this time. If you have questions about your benefits eligibility, please call HR benefits at 609-258-3302. 
• During the closure period from January 6-10, please plan accordingly as no routine services will be available at either McCosh or the Frist Health Center. For urgent healthcare needs, please call 609-258-3141 and follow the prompts for assistance.
