Mindfulness is a simple yet powerful ability of the mind to attend more fully to present moment experience. Practicing mindfulness can benefit mental and physical health, well-being, and happiness. Pat Vroom, Ph.D. will be facilitating and joined by Wendy Vroom, who will be guiding gentle yoga. You will be guided in these practices: sitting, walking and eating meditation body scan mindful movement noble silence Previous meditation experience is suggested.
