We submit recommendations for short-term (up to six weeks) parking changes for faculty and staff with temporary medical conditions. If you need medical parking for an additional six weeks, please submit an updated form to Occupational Health Services.

If you would like to request a change in your parking location, have your medical provider submit a note via fax to 609-258-0976, stating:

• the reason for the change
• the duration requested

We will submit recommendations to Transportation & Parking Services, who will determine availability. Follow up on your request with Transportation & Parking Services on the same or next business day. 

For extended (more than 12 weeks) parking changes or handicapped parking requests, contact your state of residence's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
