Bio

Currently earning my Master of Social Work degree from the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, I partner with the CPS team to provide mental health care and support to members of the Princeton community. Formerly a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and licensed massage therapist, my background in mindfulness serves as a grounded foundation for my work. I am passionate about creating safe spaces that support students in uncovering their own truths amidst the various pressures of life at Princeton.
