Bio

I strive to create a safe, empathic, and empowering therapeutic space to assist students in meeting their goals and support them in being their authentic selves. I draw primarily from a combination of person-centered and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I strongly believe in meeting clients where they are and in adapting the therapy process to fit their individual needs. My professional interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, injury, interpersonal relationships, and Sport Psychology.
