I became a PHA to help students prioritize their mental health. Often, students mention that they don't have time for self-care, but it's an essential part of a daily routine. I'm always happy to talk about how to incorporate it into yours. Apart from that, I'm passionate about helping students navigate campus in relation to their various identities, whether it’s about sexuality, gender, financial situation, or anything else.
