Bio

As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, my mission is to create a safe and welcoming environment where people can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and values. My counseling approach is rooted in the belief that by gaining insight into our innermost thoughts and emotions, we can make meaningful changes in our lives. I see counseling as a collaborative process where we work together to uncover your unique strengths and develop strategies to overcome challenges. I employ a client-centered approach, tailoring my methods to suit your specific needs and goals. My goal is to empower students with the tools and insights needed to make positive changes, build resilience, and lead a more fulfilling life. Beginning counseling is a courageous step toward self-improvement and personal growth. It would be an honor to accompany students on this path.
