Bio

As a Postdoctoral Fellow, my aim is to create a safe, trusting, empathic, and collaborative therapeutic space to support students to be their authentic selves. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing on Existential-Humanistic and Family Systems approaches. My professional interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, interpersonal relationships, and Sport Psychology.
