College is an exciting time, but it is also one often filled with many transitions which can be challenging to navigate. As a clinician, my goal is to help you learn how to navigate and cope with any challenges that arise during your transition in a healthy way. I specialize in the treatment of both mental health and substance use concerns. Nothing happens in a isolation, and it is important to me to help you identify and address the factors impacting you so that you can achieve your goals, while also working at your pace. I aim to create a space where students feel understood and supported, and I do this by taking a person-centered, non-judgmental approach to counseling. By learning healthy skills early on, you can enhance your wellbeing at Princeton and beyond.
