Bio

Of all of the populations I have worked with, young adults have been my favorite. College is an exciting time, but it is also one often filled with many transitions which can be challenging to navigate. As a clinician, my goal is to help you learn how to navigate and cope with any challenges that arise during your transition in a healthy way. I specialize in the treatment of both mental health and substance use concerns. Nothing happens in a isolation, and it is important to me to help you identify and address the factors impacting you so that you can achieve your goals, while also working at your pace. I aim to create a space where students feel understood and supported, and I do this by taking a person-centered, non-judgmental approach to counseling. By learning healthy skills early on, you can enhance your wellbeing at Princeton and beyond.
