Bio

With an extensive clinical background spanning nearly two decades, I am dedicated to providing clinical interventions, mental health skill-building, and workshops for diverse populations, including students, educators, parents/caregivers, and couples.

Working alongside diverse communities and grounding my efforts in evidence-based practices and compassionate care are central to my therapeutic approach.

I practice a broad range of therapeutic modalities, notably including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am committed to delivering “therapy that works” through effective and research-backed clinical services. And am dedicated to combating the stigma surrounding mental health, with a particular focus on international & cultural issues, minority populations and persons of color

In addition to clinical support, I facilitate workshops on various mental health-related topics for caregivers, educators, and policy makers on topics including emotional literacy and resiliency, school & community-based mental health services, stress management, mindfulness, and principles for nurturing healthy and respectful relationships.
